We are not yet down to the ground floor slab Finished Floor Level (FFL) but we have already removed some 25 x 20 tonne loads of chalk and clay from the site!
The team from G E Groundworks have done a great job in levelling and terracing the site behind the excavation and are now shaping up the excavation of the basement with potentially the same quantity of material to remove next week too. Fleetwood Grab Services are providing the “muck-away” trucks.
