Another frustrating week awaiting supplies which are now all on the critical path!
On Wednesday, the final delivery of HB20 Isotex blocks arrived direct from Italy. These are needed to complete the internal walls for the core of the house.
On Friday morning, we received a long awaited delivery of high density blocks for the “beam & block” from Peppards Building Supplies. The artic delivering the beams to go with them was unable to get up the road and had to drop off at Peppards instead. These should now be delivered on Monday on a smaller truck.
We are promised that the posi-joists will be here early/mid next week and the steels at the end of next week.
There is a concrete pour and a crane booked for Tuesday and the fabricator should be on site on Wednesday so, hopefully, we will make good progress next week.
