No work on site this week which is frustrating as it has been largely warm and dry. The steels are critical to moving onto the next stage and their expected delivery date appears to slide to the right. Beam & block is also in short supply with long lead times.
In consequence, we have had to put the window installation back to mid-January; not much point in having the windows when the structural openings are not yet in place!
So, once again, we are at the mercy of the supply chain for steel, beam & block and posi-joists. Let’s hope for better news next week.
